Kamchatka is a peninsula in the Far East of Russia which a lot of people, not only foreigners but Russians too, dream about. Hundreds of volcanoes, which you’ll be able to see from a helicopter or while hiking on, will give you an impression of coming to the Moon. Numerous geysers and hot springs, where you can take a bath, will give you a sensation of total relaxation.
A variety of animals’ world, and the brown bear as the most famous representative of it, will show you how powerful and at the same time fragile nature is.

1st day of the itinerary
Welcome to the wild peninsula of Kamchatka where you will feel yourself an explorer of the great beyond! Upon arrival in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, you’ll meet a local guide and will be transferred to the hotel for check-in.
After accommodation at the hotel, you’ll start your trip with the visit of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the capital of the peninsula. The city, which is the most eastern city of the all northern hemisphere, is situated in a bay which is thought to be one the most fabulous in the world.
2nd day of the itinerary
Today, in case of favorable weather conditions, a full day helicopter excursion is expecting you. Once everything is ok, you’ll be transferred to the heliport and registered. You’ll depart to Geyser Valley with a flight over Karymsky and Maliy Semyachnik volcanoes. Breathtaking experience! You’ll proceed with a walking excursion in Geyser Valley. It is the only geyser field in Eurasia and the second-largest aggregation of geysers in the world.
You’ll proceed with a flight over to Uzon volcano caldera, which together with the Geyzernaya caldera hosts the largest geothermal field in the Kamchatka Peninsula. After walking excursion in caldera, that can’t be missed, you’ll fly over to Nalychevskaya hot springs or Zhupanov River. After box lunch in Nalychevskaya Valley, you’ll get an opportunity to relax bathing in hot springs.
After the full-day excursion, you’ll return to the heliport and then to the hotel to share your impressions during the dinner.
3rd day of the itinerary
You’ll start your third day with boarding a boat as today you’ll have a boat trip in the Avachinskaya bay with exiting to the Pacific Ocean. You’ll have the possibility to enjoy Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky panorama and Avachinskaya guba.
Exiting to the Pacific Ocean to Starichkov Island will be really amazing. Starichkov Island is one of the natural treasures of the peninsula. The island, declared the natural monument, is the single ecology system with the unique conditions for living organisms. Almost fifty breeding colonies of more than ten species of the sea birds are registered on the island. Sightseeing of the bird bazaar is included. On the reefs around there are spotted seal and antur seals. You’ll also have time for a short sea-fishing.
After lunch on the boat, you’ll proceed with an excursion to Khalaktrysky Beach of the eastern coast of Kamchatka, quite near the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. A peculiarity of the beach is rare black volcanic sand, created due to constant volcanic eruptions on the peninsula.
Dinner and overnight are foreseen at the hotel.
4th day of the itinerary
Today again we have to wait for the confirmation of the helicopter tour. Under the condition of good weather, an unforgettable experience is waiting for you – today we’re going to observe brown bears on Kuril Lake. If you are lucky, you’ll see these animals, potent and vulnerable at the same time as Nature itself.
