What’s new in detail
As announced before, starting from 01/08/2023 the new universal electronic visa has been launched! And now as promised other 3 countries have joined the list: Cambodia, Myanmar & Vietnam! So, here is the updated full list of 55 countries that can use this new visa:

You can find the application form on the web-site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation: https://electronic-visa.kdmid.ru or via mobile app indicated on the same web-site.
Please, remember that you should apply for the Russian electronic visa not later than 4 working days prior to the supposed arrival day to Russia. To the application request digital face photo and scan with the data of the machine-readable passport should be attached.
Good news! If for adults its cost should be not more than 52 USD/pax, for children under 6 y.o. it should be not more than 2 USD/pax!
