Upon arrival by overnight train, you will get acquainted with the first town on the route, Syzran. The town has preserved its authentic architectural appearance. During the walking tour, you can see architectural examples of the Art Nouveau style, popular among the local nobility of the beginning of the 20th century. Then if you are brave enough to climb the Belltower, you will be able not only to hear the unique bell concert but also see how the music is produced.
Afterward, you will visit the old wooden mansion of the former head of the city, merchant Martinian Chernukhin. Here the exciting interactive program with the local merchant woman will be waiting for you. During the traditional tea-drinking, you will try local toppling bread and jam from Syzran pink tomatoes, very sweet and delicious.
